Stonybrook is located in the southeast corner of Kokomo. The community was developed in the mid-60's and includes both a 7-acre pond and 7-acre wooded nature preserve that may be used by all residents that belong to the Stonybrook Homeowners Association. Residents enjoy the peaceful surroundings while being just minutes away from shopping and urban activities in downtown Kokomo.
